Ginger Tofu recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of soft tofu.
¼ cup of green onion, sliced.
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, minced.
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced.
1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
¼ teaspoon of cayenne.

Preparation Instructions:

Rinse tofu under cool running water, let drain, then drop into a blender or food processor.

Whirl smoothly with the sliced onion, ginger, garlic, oil, soy sauce and cayenne.

Can be kept in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.
